Wait us usually 30 to 1 hour cause his proces are popular, but the service is worth it. My nails always last and the ladies who paint/ design your nails are always so helpful and friendly. Been going to Joe for more than 4 years.

I called in to make an appointment and was told they only accept walk-ins. Okay cool. So I go in the next day, and as soon as I walked in, I greeted the room and literally was acknowledged by no one except another young lady waiting to get her nails done. So I took a seat and no one even walked up to me to ask what service I was looking for. So about an hour and a half later I wondered if they even knew I was there so I go to one of the ladies who was with a client and I told her I wanted a gel manicure done.
