JC Penny is a historic department store. My family has been customers through the generations. I have been to Wayne to the Mall many times over the years and I'm not sure why my review and photos are missing. Naturally I would be with my daughter and we always enjoyed shopping at Penny's. One year for my birthday I purchased myself a pair of Pearl earrings. The brand is Sofia. Since the time I purchased them they have gone up in price. I'm very disappointed that the pearls keep falling off. Luckily I'm at home and I haven't lost the pearls yet! My daughter keeps gluing the pearls on. Carlos is the best!! He is very pleasant, his talent surpasses many. The people that work here are all nice. We haven't had a bad experience yet! Very clean and warm atmosphere.

Had what we needed and got efficiently on the first floor. Second floor a different story as there was no one at the register. Waited and then had ti put the towels down that I wanted.
