Staff is lovely, but someone decided to get rid of the AUX cable for the MRI headphones. I'm not claustrophobic, but I am very sensitive to sudden loud noises. In February, I had my first clear MRI ever because I was able to pull up a Playlist I built with songs I knew and I could focus on the familiar music so I didn't jump every time the MRI changed its noises. The radio doesn't help with that when it's 70% commercials and 30% songs I don't know well enough to anticipate. I've been using Radnet for my Xrays, Cat Scan, Mammogram etc for several years now they have been extremely kind and helpful displaying empathy to me in every aspect of my visit, while getting a Mammogram the technician asked me to relax take a break as she seen me clenching my walker because I'd been standing up which I'm not able to do for more then a few minutes needing 2 hip and a back surgery. They'll ask if your ok they show they care in so many ways!
