I enrolled my daughter and niece's into this school a few months ago. After seeing how obsessed my daughter is with Akido and with some encouragement from Sempi Frank and Daniel, I got on the mat. It was the best decision.You get to train with both the students and Sempi’s. And let me tell you, the Sempi’s are great!! I have had the pleasure to be trained by Sempi Daniel, Olga, Darrel, Barry, Paul, and Tom,(who’s a total bada$$). They are all patient and encouraging.The best part about training here is that you feel at home.Sensi Jay believes in creating more than just a school. My daughter has been training here for almost 3 years. This is an amazing dojo full of wonderful instructors! My daughter loves aikido and is looking forward to pursuing her training for many years to come! One thing of note: you aren’t just a student or parent when you join, you become part of a community ❤️
I recently started my journey in Aikido, and Iaido. My first impression with my first class was phenomenal staff working together to assist me. I currently enjoy being at the school, and training with the instructors, and students. Hopefully, I obtain a black belt in a few years. Thank you Aikido Schools of New Jersey.
