Did a really good job of assigning good caregivers, and especially of making sure there were no gaps in coverage; Anyone who has used a caregiver or a related service knows that this is not an easy task. Overall we felt they understood our needs, and were very accommodating in helping us navigate through a very stressful and emotional situation.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend working here at all. At first it was good, but it started to go downhill within 1 month. The owner Jelpa is such a disrespectful human beings. They would lie to you about certain cases just for money. That’s all she care about is the money. She kept case of man who was a little too touchy & swore she would report him, but never did. Clients would complain about her too & she would just blame it on her caregivers :(. I put my two weeks in & she decided not to put me on any cases because she is upset. I was told not to go to my classes because I have a job to obtain. All this company cares about is money, so be careful
