John and his entire team are as helpful as can be. Took the time to answer all our questions--sometimes more than once--and made themselves available day and night throughout the project. They went above and beyond in so many different ways. First and foremost, the floors are gorgeous. Prices were better than what we found elsewhere, and as important, we were certain from the moment we began the conversation that they were experts who knew exactly what they were doing--and believe us, that's not a given. We recently chose Harrison's Hardwood to do an engineered hardwood floor over radiant heat in our historic farmhouse. We could not have chosen a better, more professional group to work with! John Condon is a top-notch professional who knew his wood products with expertise. He offered a wide selection of options for us to choose from and ultimately steered us to make the best choice for our home. We did have a serious mishap where the initial wood we ordered was not being delivered on time for our install date which would have disrupted the entire work schedule like a house of cards. John and his crew at Harrison's were amazing. The quality of their floors is second to none- don't waste you time going anywhere else for hardwood. The installation crew was very professional and did an amazing job making our new house into our dream home. Would strongly recommend.
