I love the staff at the Blue Mercury in Ridgewood! About nine months ago I went in to redeem my birthday reward and the manager at the time made me feel very uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong even though I received an email from Blue Mercury to come in and pick up my birthday gift. I went to another location the next time because of that experience. Then I called Ridgewood to ask if they had something in stock and Stephanie helped me. She was so nice and helpful! Valerie, the Store Manager, was absolutely AMAZING! She helped me pick out a gift for a friend and my friend absolutely LOVED IT! I was totally clueless as to what to get but Valerie took care of me. Highly recommend going to this store and speaking with Valerie, she will not let you down!
