I have gone here for over three years (or maybe more!) and can't imagine not going. Kate is wonderful and I walk away feeling like a million dollars. Can't say enough good stuff! Love her, love Pilates!
Absolutely wonderful instruction using the classical Pilates technique. Very careful and attentive to your body's idiosyncrasies. I've taken sessions with Kate, the Owner and Melissa and they are both very knowledgeable about classical Pilates. The space has very high ceilings which compensate for it's being narrow. It's in a historic building in Red Bank.
I can't get enough of this cozy, speak-easy style Pilates studio! Everything from the location, instructors and range of equipment is incredible. Owner, Kate is extremely knowledgable and amazing at what she does! Whether you're a Pilates first timer or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, you need to check out this studio.
