“TLDR: I wasn't Paul's customer but of all the places I inquired, he was the kindest, most responsive, and helpful in trying to help me get my phone fixedFull Story:I've been shopping around to try to get an LCD fixed but struggling to find someone who can deal with Chinese phone brand Redmi. I called and inquired at a few other places either weren't at the shop during opening hours, didn't reply to the quote request "because they couldn't help". Or simply said "No." Zero warmth, no pleasantries, no service etiquette, no apologetic tone etc. Kinda rude at times as well and just straight-up dismissive. (Looking at you ACV and Cellular 4 Less).Even if someone is not your customer in that instance you should still provide them kind and gracious service by at minimum, apologetically turning them away ie Sorry we can't help you with that. Hope you can find someone who can!Or try to help ie make a recommendation.
