Sean and team were friendly, arrived timely and did the work very efficiently. I love the new water heater and feel a lot safer with a secure source of hot water. I would and will recommend Jenkins Plumbing to anyone in the community.
Jenkins initially came in to check the work we had done by another company just to make sure that the excuses the other company were giving us were valid.
Glad we had Jenkins come out because the excuses were not valid, the company did the entire job wrong.
We then hired Jenkins to fix everything that the other company did.
We had mold on our ceilings downstairs and in bedrooms due to the ducts sweating like crazy. The other company installed the wrong thermostat, never insulated or sealed any of the ducts, the box for the compressor was too big so we were not getting the correct pressure, a heat strip was not working...the... read full review
We had a great experience with Jenkins! They came out so quickly when I called about an emergency- a leak in the main water line that runs to the house. The technician (I forgot his name) who came out to assess the situation was knowledgeable, thorough in explaining things and very polite. Jeff Jr. was also very responsive and answered all of my questions. Their price seemed reasonable, and we are very satisfied with their work!
