In early August 2023, Riverside Apartments in Alexandria, VA, hired Planned Security Services, subsidiary of Planned Companies in NJ. Riverside fired Master Security, but continues to face high crime, car & auto parts thefts. Residents are robbed & assaulted. Riverside has had 3 security companies in 3/4 of a year. I met the new team chief. He is aware of difficulties, having mapped out "the battlefield." He noted challenges. I consider Planned Companies an exceptional company. They provide good opportunities, professionalism, and continuously trained employees. These considerations make this company one of the best ones in the country and customers are always happy with the service they provide.
