I wish I came here first before paying these guys what I did. They'll get 2 stars because first visit the review of issue I was having was fair enough. Tough crawl space to go through and also noises from attic with not alot of flooring made me nervous.
Upon payment they offered a second visit in 2 months to take second review so I paid the extra, probably double what I would have if I just said no.
Thats where they went into shady mode. I called about 2.5 months after and not once, twice they gave me a day/time of visit and both times they never showed.

The negative reports and reviews online are all true for they happened to me. Prior to my selecting Priority 1 Termite and Pest Control, the owner Paul enticed me to hire them, for he offered that his company was different than all others for they work until the customer's issue is resolved. That was not the case for us despite Paul giving me details and his word on contract fulfillment. As some of us customers have found, Priority 1 Pest will just leave without notice, with the work undone violating the contract, warranty, terms of agreement and you will not even know it's happened until they just don't come back and you call and call and get no return... read full review
Great experience with Paul and Priority 1 Termite & Pest control. The team was able to come for a consultation same day when I had a situation with squirrels on the roof/under solar panels, and then came to implement a solution just 2 days later.His team knew exactly what to do to correct a botched job from another company. They installed steel wiring to enclose my solar panels and mitigated a nest with dozens of squirrels.Paul and team were very respectful and professional. Thank you!
