I needed repair on a stihl chainsaw and the service center near me would not look at it as I didn’t purchase it there . I called Rysers as it also was a STIHL dealer, it was a Friday morning and I need my saw working as I rented an aerial lift to cut several large trees. Speaking to Marty at Rysers on the phone he told me bring it in his expert stihl mechanic wasn’t in but maybe his other mechanic could get it going it might have just been bad gas he said . They looked at it got it working properly turned out it was bad gas all this service was done for no charge . Rysers went above and beyond for our family and I couldn’t thank them more! I had emailed Marty with a bit of an odd request: planning a 3 year olds birthday party with a small touch a truck. I did not expect much, but to my surprise, Marty enthusiastically agreed and set up the birthday party of my son’s dreams. He and the whole team at rysers are kind, genuine and go above and beyond for their customers. Couldn’t thank them more for being so accommodating. We will be customers for life.
