He explained how he could repair the leak in my roof to extend its life and though we chose to to go with the new roof option, I found it refreshing to be given a cheaper solution by a contractor. Erik’s sent his project manager Craig to my house to oversee the job. Craig sent me daily overhead drone photos of my roof’s progress as my roof is very high. Plus, at the end of each day, the Mattsson team thoroughly checked my driveway to ensure it was clear of nails and debris. They worked very clean and it was so evident they had a very high standdard of excellence and pride in the work they do. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! “John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.“

“Reached out to Kelly Exteriors for a quote on gutter replacement / gutter guard installation. Noel was very responsive, gave fair pricing and easy to communicate with. The crew showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned up the site. The office staff has responded quickly and was accommodating. The install looks great, and so far, the leaf free system seems to be working, even with all of the heavy rains we've been experiencing.

We have large oaks over our house, so our gutters require frequent cleanings. The guards should pay themselves off in about 6 to 7 years, which is worth it for us.“

“Excellent service! After years and years of trying different pest control services, finally I found the one who solved my pest problem in the ceiling crawl space. The technician Steve was very professional and thorough. He found a big hole near a lighting fixture and a crack in the vent hood where critters have been getting in. Haven’t heard any activity in the ceiling since and have such peace of mind. What a relief! Highly recommend. “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“American Roofing stands behind their work 100% It was more than 10 years since they put our roof on. We were experiencing lots of rain storms w/heavy winds. We noticed water coming in and called American Roofing. Mike responded immediately he said he wanted to take care of it before the storm started. They found it was the flashing around the chimney, his guys went u our 3 story home in Nutley and fixed it before the rain started. He didn’t even charge us for his time.
