“Mark has done numerous projects at our house. His craftsmanship is undeniable. The molding he put around our house is seamless. We had uneven ceilings and bumpy walls, yet he made everything look straight and even. It transformed our home. He also has great contacts for plumbers and electricians that are fair and very experienced. He redid our entire bathroom that was a mess and made it look beautiful. He has also done duct work and fixed part of our roof. Each job was done with care and fixed all the issues I was concerned about. “One of the best decisions my wife and I had made was finding Heritage Homes to build our lake house from foundation up. We had 4-5 finalists from which Frank emerged as an easy choice. What started as strangers now have become family friends at the end of our project. “I found American home remodeling during the pandemic when we were considering finishing our back yard. They offered a reasonable price for a patio but we weren't ready at the time. Fast forward 2 years and we were finally ready and they came back with a solid estimate but had to raise the price. They were definite not inexpensive but they made up for that with the quality and quickness of the work. I had an entire 1000 sq ft paver patio and fire pit put in with a zipper drain and the pitch of the ground done to eliminate water pooling toward the house. They showed up when they said they would (with a slight reschedule here and there) and they finished the patio within 2 weeks. It's beautiful and very well installed. They also dug a trench on the side of my house where I get water pooling and fixed a crack in my foundation and installed a zipper drain there tying into my downspouts. They also built a fence for me a few weeks later and completed that job in a day. The finishing and professionalism was good. See the pics attached. It cheap but you get what you pay for. A job done quickly andas expected and no games with the pricing or up charging.“
