I've been coming here since they were located next to Walgreens on route nine and Dr Sara Ali was in charge. Wouldn't see another doctor until now. And that's because there is no doctor. They tell you have to see a nurse practitioner. All the other reviews are spot on this is the worst practice ever!! My cardiologist who they sent me to told me to get blood work done and to call my family practitioner. I called them and they said you don't have to go to a lab to get blood work done when we have a lab here so just come in and will do it for you. So I went there and because my cardiologist ordered the blood work they refused to do it. My cardiologist had faxed a referral for the blood work over to their office. I gave them a couple hours to receive it and when I called to make sure it was there before I drove to their office to get it they went to check and left me on hold and never came back to the phone. Besides the fact that I'm very very upset I'm more pissed off and angry... not good for my heart. I will proceed to badmouth them as much as I can this is just a start

The entire staff including doctors are lazy, rude, and it just doesn’t seem very clean... I have amazing insurance and they must have submitted my bloodwork incorrectly because they billed me $80 for bloodwork... finding a new doctor!!

Worst group ever! I chose them as my PCP because they were the only Howell Dr in my plan. I went there 3 times, always saw a nurse practitioner (who searched the internet to diagnose me). I was told that there is only 1 real Dr that only comes once a month! Then, she called in my sons epilepsy medication (because his neurologist isn't in our plan either) and they called in the WRONG dosage! The final straw was today, I called because my son had a bad earache & sore throat, they said they were busy, so he would have to wait until after the Holiday to get an appointment. They are supposed to be a walk in also, but they said they weren't taking walk ins today. Most dr's would not turn away a sick child (who is already a patient there) for a long weekend. Needless to say...I will be finding a new doctor!!
