“I just stopped in on a Friday morning to get my 20 month old son’s hair cut. Mark was warm and welcoming. There was only one person in the chair so the wait was minimal. Mark took the time to get my son a lollipop, for which I was grateful so it would keep him occupied. My son cried throughout the haircut but Mark was calm, understanding, and accommodating.
