Completely unprofessional 3 ladies behind front desk 2 completely ignore and the 3rd leaning back in her chair relaxing wearing sunglasses and a hat proceeds to apologize that she is suffering from a headache...about 8 chairs in small reception area and 11 people waiting to be seen...4th rude employee takes me back for pre-employment urine drug screen ...I was instructed to open a collection cup and put contents in basket in a cluttered hall closet next to a small bathroom then told to pee in the cup and put on table open door and then she would let me wash my hands... I opened the door and she instructed me to wash my hands and when I did she was apparently behind me pouring the urine sample into a vial out of my view. Then I was asked to sign electronically that my sample was not compromised I said how would I know if it was compromised when you transferred it behind me while I was washing my hands...and this is who I have to entrust with my pre-employment drug screening? Not a good experience at alll..Is there even a manager in the Hamilton NJ office?

Been familiar with this firm for some time and they are now expanding their medical testing services beyond life insurance examinations. They are now offering a wide array of drug and alcohol testing, DNA tests like paternity testing, STD testing and wellness programs. I recently found their new website, Facebook page and I think they also have a blog. Good people, convenient location, fast turn-around on tests.
