I have been attending DIG since 2016 and love the studio. The yoga instruction at DIG is nothing short of exceptional. The instructors are true experts in their craft, with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. They are also incredibly attentive, always keeping a watchful eye on their students to ensure that they are reaching their full potential. And, perhaps most impressively, they are genuinely invested in the success of their students, making the learning experience feel both personal and supportive. The culture of the studio is another highlight, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages growth and exploration. At the same time, the instructors are always pushing students to their limits, helping them to build strength and mobility while also fostering mindfulness and spirituality. This delicate balance is not easy to achieve, but DIG pulls it off with effortless grace. One of the things that sets DIG apart from other yoga studios is the perfect blend of mindfulness, spirituality, and physical rigor. It's easy for a yoga studio to veer too far in one direction, either becoming too focused on religious worship or feeling like a gym. But DIG strikes the perfect balance, creating an ideal yoga experience that is neither too soft nor too hard. If you're looking for the ultimate yoga experience, look no further than DIG - it's the goldilocks of yoga studios.

This is the absolute BEST Yoga studio around or ever that I have been to. Sue and Naime ensure that all the instructors are well trained and focus on alignment. There are multiple levels of yoga classes and there is a now a fitness focused class. There is also pilates mat and reformer. There is massage. The workshops have nationally known presenters. There are retreats.. There is so much love in this kula it's amazing. It's also my favorite place to procrastinate as well as do yoga!!!!
