Dan did a fantastic job with professional knowledge, installed my hot water heater in record time. His recommendations on what heater to install plus his neatness and speed are amazing. His labor charges are extremely reasonable and fair. I highly recommend and trust him 100%!!!
Thought I had a venting problem in my drain pipes for my washing machine. wayer would back up in the washer after the final spin cycle. Dan removed the old pvc and installed new pipe with a secondary vent and check valve. When he found that the washer still wasn't draining properly he surmised that there was a partial blockage in the drain line. He removed the clean out trap cover and removed the clog. Unfortunately waste water got on our finished basement carpet when the blockage was removed. I realize these things happen and happy that the problem is resolved. Thanks Dan for a great job.
Dan was one of a few plumbers I contacted for quotes to have gas valves installed for the dryer, stove, and to replace the connection to the hose out in front of my parent's home. He came out quickly to assess the work, provided me with an estimate via email, and we scheduled quickly. On the day of service he was on time and I was pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed, and his patience answering the 1000 questions I had for him. I have no complaints.
