The company does not monitor the system for outages. I had 3 panels out for a month and never knew it. I called and got the run around on who was responsible.

Acos Solar designed and installed our solar system which went live about 5 months ago. The system is spot on, and even outperforming their production projections. For the past 5 months our monthly electric bill has been 7 dollars which is a standard service fee for the utility company. From day one to present, the WHOLE team has been very inviting, super attentive to questions and professional. I truly feel that their business thrives off of their customers satisfaction and profit comes second.
