I have never in my life been consistent with my workouts. UNTIL I joined Strong and Shapely. 5 am is PACKED in other gyms and I always have to wait for equipment. Not here. Everyone respects your space, is super friendly, and is more than happy to answer questions on equipment.The equipment/weights are never thrown all over the place and are always being maintained by staff and members. I have never once had to wait for a machine, which is huge if I want to get in and get out to get to work on time.There is a healthy mix of standard machines you see in every gym and machines I’ve never seen before, I feel like I’m constantly learning new movements which keeps me engaged... read full review

My husband and I have been members of Strong and Shapely for about three years now. We are part of the early morning workout crew and it is JACK , along with the morning members that really make our experience pleasurable. Jack is the most friendly, kind, and welcoming employee at the gym. He is also the most dedicated employee that I have ever met. He recently had two major procedures done and both times came back to work the next day. I appreciate that Jack enforces the rules of the gym and considers the safety of the members. I do hope that the owner takes into consideration how many people truly appreciate Jack and his position at the gym.

This post is in response to Daisy Lam's post from last week. I have been a member of Strong and Shapely for close to 25 years and Jack has been an employee at Strong and Shapely for about 15 years. I have neve seen Jack be disrespectful or rude to any members. Jack always says hello and goodbye to me when I enter and leave the gym. Croc's are not allowed to be worn in the gym. It's a Strong and Shapely rule as well as it should be in case someone drops a weight on their foot. Due to Jack enforcing the gym rules (doing his job) you felt the need to attack him on this forum.
