Bad experiences the three times I went to this office and wound up switching dermatologists. The first time was with one of the physician's assistants. I went for issues with my hair and scalp but the first words out of her mouth were that I needed Botox and should have started it years earlier. The second time was with Dr. Harkaway herself who barely gave me ten minutes of her time. She couldn't give me a diagnosis for my skin and just prescribed a cream and was out the door. The third time I went to the cosmetic side of the office for advice on a skincare routine. The nurse said I'd benefit from a chemical peel. I asked if that would be safe given that I have sensitive skin. She assured me it would be fine. Needless to say the next day my skin had a severe reaction and broke out in a horrible rash. I called the nurse and sent her photos of my skin and she said oh s*&#, you really do have sensitive skin! I'm probably the idiot for giving them three chances. They just aggressively push cosmetic procedures and expensive products. They don't care about actually addressing your problems.

I've been a patient for years prior to transferring under Schweiger group and the cost for laser hair removal has doubled but the service, experience and costumer service has not changed. I booked an appointment for a Brazilian laser hair removal and there wasn't much Brazilian laser hair removal performed. Very disappointed. I even emailed and never heard back. Started going somewhere else and am much happier.

2 years ago i had the worst injector experience of my life by Dr. Harkaway that has left scars on my face to this day. When i booked the appointment for under eye filler. I requested half a vile of Restatlyn. When I arrived the day of, Dr. Harkaway proceeded to very roughly use a cannula-needle under my eyes before asking/ telling me what she was going to do. She did not have the time of day to explain anything to me including the fact that she was not going to use the Restalyn I requested. When she went to inject under my right eye, the needle was too dull. She poked and jabbed my skin 4 times trying to force it through before changing the needle, which left scarring at the injection site. After all was said and done, I was charged for and told that they had used a full vile of Volbella filler. My under eyes had long visible lumps underneath where the filler was sitting. I was told it was just swollen and to keep massaging it. 2 weeks later it looked just as bad if not worse. I went back to have it dissolved and Dr Harkaway said she would only dissolve "some of it" and injected a little bit of the dissolvent, which ended up doing nothing. I had to go to another doctor in cherry hill and pay another $200 to have it fully dissolved. It left scarring on the skin under my eyes that has left dented lines in my face permanently. Over a year before my experience with Dr. Harkaway i had gotten proper under eye injections done by another doctor, but came to her solely because of the cheaper price. Now I know why it was cheaper. After all was said and done I tried to reach out for a refund or go on the website to leave a review but there was no email address listed to contact and no place to leave a review. I tried to call but my calls were never returned about the issue and she basically went into hiding from the whole situation. She is a scam artist and a terrible doctor. This is not the first time something like this has happened and after more research I found out she's almost lost her medical license on numerous occasions and has switched practices to stay under the radar.
