My elderly mother's heater went out on a recent cold Sunday evening in February - house temp went down to 53 degrees. I called and left word with the weekend answering service describing the urgency of the matter. Clearly the answering service followed through with conveying the message because the following morning I received a call from the office stating that a technician would be out within the next 2 hours. We contracted with Cranbury Comfort to replace our aging AC system with a more modern Heat Pump system. Despite facing numerous challenges during the installation Ginger managed to pull out all the stops and complete the installation at the quoted price. Fantastic support from her and the team; they stand behind their product and service in a way that is not often seen these days. Well done!

Our HVAC system was broken and needed to be replaced since it was very very old along with flex ducts (heat pump almost 25 year and air handler 35 years). We approached Cranbury Comfort System and they installed Trane HVAC system in one day. Also replaced all flex ducts. They have done a wonderful job and completed in time as scheduled.
