Another store joining the ranks of the worst self checkout experience. Line up like cattle into one large area of checkout machines, do everything yourself, while no less than 4 HD employees stand around, watching you like prison guards to make sure you don't steal something. How about just have four normal checkouts with actual cashiers???
Ray and Cynthia went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service when we hit a snag with the delivery of our BBQ grill. Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done.
By far, my new favorite Home Depot, with the absolute best selection, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff, and most of all, an amazing new (but experienced) Store Manager, Bryan, who went out of his way to rectify and resolve a confusing shopping issue with the online department. In short, it took Bryan less than 15-20 minutes to figure out and fix a problem, that the online customer service department took 2-3 hours to NOT figure out or fix. Thanks again, Bryan! Highly recommended! A+++++
