I've never put much thought into my haircut before, but I decided I wanted to try a different style and was hoping for a recommendation from a professional. After reading positive reviews for The Barber Shop and of Barry, in particular, I'm pleased to say that he did not disappoint. Barry made a suggestion and explained his rationale. His attention to detail was superb, and for the first time, I left a haircut without feeling like I needed a shower to wash away flecks. In fact, I could go straight back to work with how clean it was. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Thanks, Barry P.S. The conversation wasn't half bad either.

Recently moved up to Manchester and needed a haircut. First time getting my hair cut professionally in 3 years, usually do it at home myself. Found the place based off reviews like this one. Called ahead for an appointment for 8AM sharp. Doug provided insight about my hair, great conversation, and most importantly a great haircut when all was finished. $18 for a cut, eyebrows, nose, wash and a dry. Went to work without any lingering hairs. Great experience. Will be back.

Barry at the barber shop is hands down the best barber in Manchester!!! I see Barry every two to three weeks and so do my two sons. He is great with kids! Try to give Barry a two to three days heads up to make an appointment! Well worth it because he fills up quickly. He has over 20 years experience and it really shows!
