Zac, Drew & Chris were probably 3 of the most professional group I've ever had in my house. They took off and put on shoe coverings every time they came in the house. They left the place immaculate and the 4 splits they installed work seamlessly. I highly recommend Northeast Climate Heating and Cooling.
They responded to my request for a quote quickly and professionally, answered a couple questions later, and did research to figure out how to best add a heat pump to my somewhat unusual system. They were also quick to schedule the job and were neat and professional in doing the job.
We just finished with an installation with Northeast Climate and the professionalism and knowledge about the installation was top notch. They were punctual and customer service oriented. We will definitely do business with them again. If you’re thinking about doing a furnace, water heater, mini-splits then these are the guys you want doing the job. Thank you Zac and Drew.
