I noticed a squeal about 5 miles outside of town from Omaha to Hastings. Idler pulley on the tensioner was froze up. They found the part at the local NAPA and had us on our way in about an hour. You don’t get that service very often and to them it didn’t seem like a big deal. Just people helping people. Thank you so much!

Broke down outside town halfway into a 16 hour road trip. These folks took us in as soon as we were towed in, got us a quote in minutes, traveled a 1/2 hour and back to get us the parts, did the job quickly, and provided excellent pricing. They had us out of there in a few hours, all while being hospitable (they let us sit in their lobby with our dog), honest, and efficient. What a rarity, to find an auto shop who is not only all that, but goes the extra mile as well. Wish I lived in Osceola (or anywhere nearby) so I could go there regularly!

I stopped in just before closing time with a tire that was leaking air. They took care of me quickly and professionally. The repair price was more than reasonable. I recommend highly!
