Eric was very professional, gave good service, and a knowledgeable report! We’ve had Star City since 2016 and we’ve never been disappointed! They replaced our heating and air system in our old house and it was reasonably priced and they did it in record time! In our new house, they also replaced our old unit and it’s worked like a champ ever since! Thank you Star City! We even have the VIP plan! It’s only $20 per month and it covers a/c, heat, plumbing, and electrical! What a bargain!
Thorough diagnostics of the system and an understandable description of the issue on our 20 year old AC. Timely service even during a “second summer” 100f heat wave in late August. So cool, thanks!
Had A/C cleaning. Very satisfied with service. Todd did an excellent and professional job explaining the Star monthly plan and what services were provided. Was surprised at what services and benefits the plan provides...so went with it.
