My communication with Ram Roofing start to finish was with Austin. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, never having had to file a home owners insurance claim before; he walked me through all aspects of my estimate and what to expect. He spent the time working with my indecisive tendencies as it relates to color as they also did a full installation of siding on my house and shed. The house was in bad shape (severe hail and wind damage) but he and the Ram Roofing team were quick to react, set my expectations on timelines, and delivered. I called numerous places to look at my roof on a Sunday before a rain storm. Ben was the only business who picked up the phone. Not only did he pick up he came out to work on the roof before the rain. Top notch person and business.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
