“We had to call Bethany Plumbing after our home warranty company dispatched the worst plumbers I’ve ever seen who didn’t even try to fix our issue, and had no idea what they were doing. Then they told us our warranty wouldn’t even cover our issue. At this point we had been unable to use water in home for 3 days. I called Bethany plumbing first thing in the morning. They told me they had a full schedule but they would be able to come by no later than the next day, but they would try to squeeze me in. They were able to get to my home in the same day, fixed the issue in a little over an hour, and the cost was reasonable. The plumbers and the lady I spoke with on the phone were professional, and courteous. We will definitely return if we are in need of a plumber again. Thank you!!“

“Had a drop in available hot water in the water heater and had Spring plumbing assigned from American Home Shield.Got a call from someone at Spring (don't recall name) in less than 10 minutes and had Matt at my door in about an hour during the lunch period.Did the tests required for AHS and did a flush and tune up kit. Was quick, social and friendly. Cant say how their rates compare to others.Matt told me when I asked how much it would have cost they charge about 130 an hour (might be what they bill AHS, might be lower if called direct) + the tune up kit about (30-40$).For about 2 hours of work it would have cost about 300 dollars or so. I only paid 130 to AHS so hope Spring is compensated well from AHS.Great experience 5/5 would recommend.“

It probably took about 45 minutes to one hour to replace pump and then he took the 100 lb broken pump out to my garbage receptacle.
