I called Air Service when my a/c stopped working on a very hot day. Martin arrived on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and had my a/c up and running quickly. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. Thanks Martin!

I purchased a Groupon deal for 3 Furnace/Heat Pump tune-ups for 3 of my rental properties with Aire Serv of Eastern Wake County and a technician came out on 10/13/14 to service the furnace. I met the technician as we didn't have a tenant in the unit and he stayed for about 10-15 minutes to clean and check the unit. We had a tenant move in on 11/13/2014 and a day after he moved in, I got a call from him that the furnace wasn't working and that it was all gunked up with dirt and garbage. I used Aire Serv of Wake Co recently to service my AC units and get them cleaned. They lady in the office I talked to was so nice and got me scheduled very quickly. The technician came out and was very helpful, and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone that is wanting a relationship with a local based company for all of their AC needs, - OH and they don't charged extra for nights and weekend emergencies - that is AWESOME !!!
