Mr. Brown is a wealth of knowledge and a consummate professional! I am extremely glad for his availability and straightforward manner in resolving our wash machine incident during the same day. He was punctual and helpful. Furthermore, he educated us! I’ll never do my washing the same way! He finally resolved for us the age old question of where the socks go, ha ha! His prices are fair and he’s well worth every dollar. We have contacted him over the years as needed and he has never disappointed.
