“Raquel is absolutely fanFREAKINGtastic! She was so kind and accommodating from start to finish with my appointment. She made sure to take time to understand my hair, my struggles with it, what I wanted out of the appointment, and how I wanted it to look. She explained everything she was doing and why and how it will help. She showed me all of the products she use and even gave me a break down of everything I need to do to keep up with my curls. She didn’t pressure me to buy any of her products, but sent me the link to her shop for when I do decide to buy. She gave me lots of options of prices and brands that would work.She didn’t just fix my curls, she showed me how to style them and take care of them so they stay beautiful and I am happy with them long term. My curls look so much happier and healthier. I had started to lose hope that my hair would ever look the way I wanted it to again, but Raquel worked her magic and gave me the perfect amount of guidance to keep them look great. She not only made my hair look better than it has in years, but she also made me feel amazing. She is so caring in every step of the process. I’m so glad I found out about her.
