My neighbor had Sapphire clean their carpets. I saw the before and after and they did an amazing job getting the stains out. My neighbor said the guys were so polite and professional. She does not do Yelp so I said I would give Sapphire a great review. Soon I will book them doing my carpets.

The man can clean a carpet! We have 3 dogs, and hosted one over the holidays. Well, ours felt the need to show that this was their house, all over our carpets. We called Sapphire and you can't tell anything happened at all. They were on time, and actually UNDER the estimate he gave on the phone. Afterwards, he apologized that he couldn't get every little thing out, even when we told him they wouldn't come out. We've had other cleaners do our carpets and knew some stains were permanent after they cleaned them.
