Interestingly, the recommendation came from a company that also specializes in foundation repair. Due to the complexity of my parents' foundation issues, the foundation company felt that their company would not be able to make the necessary repairs. Due to his heavily booked schedule, Mr. Adams couldn't begin the necessary work on my parents' home for 10 months. “I’ve used Bain as my oil delivery service for many years. I needed some troubleshooting on my Trane heat/ a/c unit. They fixed the blown fuse and before the technician left he expressed his concern on the way the fan was blowing. He said it should not be running that slow. He checked it out, and turns out the condenser unit was in need of replacing. He installed a new one, and now it’s running good as new. I appreciate the technician being meticulous in his service and fixing the condenser unit before it completely went out! The technician was very thorough and explained everything! Top notch customer service! Same day service as well! I called around 11:30 in the morning and service was complete by 1:45. I will continue to use Bain again and again and I highly recommend!“
