I had several nuisance plumbing issues and shared one of them with one of my neighbors on Sunday. She raved about Carolina Plumbing Pros so on Monday I called to make an appointment. I so wish I could remember the sweetest girl who took my call - she was so professional and very helpful. We made an appt. for today and exactly like she explained, RB called to tell me he was on his way. From the moment he and his helper got out of the truck, I knew I was in good hands. We went over my issues and I just couldn't have been more pleased with their friendliness and helpfulness. Carolina Plumbing Pros were great, very professional. Our technician, Mykola was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were on time and fixed our problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I remodel 2 of my bathrooms and used Carolina Plumbing Pro’s for the plumbing phase. I couldn’t be happier with there excellent work and professionalism!! The project involved several phases & multiple contractors that required multiple trips of work. To the scheduler Destiny she was fantastic and in each phase of completion coordinated the guys out for the next phase work and made work flow so smooth and efficient!
