“Ben answered my call over the weekend when I discovered a small leak in the roof that ended up leaking through to a bedroom. He walked me through how to contain the leak in the attic, since I was able to get to the section that was compromised. That action at least stopped the leak to the bedroom until he could come out and assess the situation. He was very punctual for the site assessment and wrote up for me the exact issue that caused the leak along with a couple of other recommendations upon his inspection of the entire roof. Once we agreed on a remediation plan, Ben scheduled the time to come back and completed the repair. Again, he was on time and showed up when he said he would.
