The most unprofessional place I've ever been to for pickups..The laziest workers I've ever seen in my life...If u have to do a pickup..U will be there 4 to 5 hours.. You'll be better off loading your own truck!!It's a shame and I don't recommend them at all..Throw your whole staff away Rockwell farm.. I'm speaking from experience and from the heart..Your dock worker loading and unloading is terrible

They do that conservative thing where they ask you illegal questions in interviews and create a hostile work environment depending on how you behave as a free and autonomous adult. They care about free speech until you use it in a way they don’t like. It’s the “party of family values” hat trick where they’re actually the worst people you’ve ever met but pretend they’re the only people left who know how to be decent.

This establishment is getting reported to the labor and board for asking extremely inappropriate questions to interviewees. It seems like they are ensuring that their employees are OK with calling other slurs and other inappropriate things. AVOID!
