It's an amazing comfort to know Carolina Pipe Cleaning is who they are. In the 3 years I've been here, I've had two plumbing emergencies. Both times, I got such genuinely concerned service on the phone followed by sane day repair. I've had two emergency and one nonemergency services, and every time, I've felt safe with the team members in my home, they were polite, warm and I'm always relieved how reasonable pricing is. It's almost unreal to find a company that cares this much about it's customers. I'm so thankful!

We had a main water line leak under slab outside our house about a foot away from foundation and water was leaking inside our basement. After several people couldn't figure it out, leak detection come out and found the leak. Then, I called Carolina Pipe and they came out as fast as they could to give an estimate on excavation and repair. Keep in mind, I already had about 3 prior estimates from other companies...Carolina Pipe by far was the cheapest! I hired them on the spot. They had it all done within the hour. Also, instead of busting the concrete like others were gonna do to get to the pipe.. they very neatly cut out a 2 by 4 slab and lifted it out, they are coming... read full review

Main line clog. Called about 12, they were at my house around 2. Great service for everything from the call handling, appt scheduling, and the guys that came out to the house. Thanks for the fast response and great service!
