Dishonest and unhelpful. Morgan from the firm contacted me to get more information then never responded or replied back. After I reached out again three days after being blown off, he apologized then set up another time. But once again, Morgan didn't call and filed to respond or anything. I wouldn't bother wasting time with such a dishonest law firm.

The fact that this law firm does not advertise brought me to them; however, it would be wise on the law firm's part to invest on competent paralegals or secretaries.People that answer the phone and conduct intakes are the face of the law firm; however, so far they have been less than competent. 14 days and several follow up calls later, I still don't know whether the firm will take my case. I tried to make an appointment with an attorney for consultation, but the person who answered the phone kept cutting me off and saying "no there are no available appointments today". I repeated several times that I was not looking for a same day appointment; rather, I am trying to make an appointment whenever an attorney is available; yet, she told me she will call me back to let me know when someone is available for consultation.This is frustrating to say the least; however, I hope someone sees this and makes some changes for the betterment of the firm.
