I just want to take the time out to say if you ever need help with your keys this is the place . They work with you they are patient and they get the job done in a timely manner . I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she was amazing ‼️ the patient and caring she showed me and the way she worked everything out for me in my time of need was nothing more than amazing Ibsen never been showed this type of customer service before . If I can give this more stars I will ..please make this place your first call

Friday morning I was unable to start or unlock my truck due to my fob being damaged. I called many different dealers, a locksmith included, telling me the fob I needed, that was compatible, was either going to be $500+ , was not able to get their hands on it for a week, or just simply didn’t pick up the phone. Key harbor was my last attempt before throwing in the towel and waiting a week and paying $500+. Though, I called frustrated and in a panic, Liz, the owner, answered and was able to maintain her professionalism. Fast and wonderful service. Lost our car keys and they were able to come to our house and help us the same day. Found the lost keys and they were able to get those reconfigured too. Overall a fantastic experience!
