I met my mother there with my sister for an early Mother's day last Friday. When I arrived my mother and sister were already eating their food, so I went ahead and sat down. After a few minutes, I was greeted, the waitress took my drink order. It was quite dizzy that day. The entire outside patio was packed, so I had sympathy for the waitress. However, she did take quite a bit of time to get my order. Even though my sister and mother were already eating. Amazing service!! I have visited this location (in Pineville) twice and both were truly amazing. I wish I could recall the name of the young man that helped me a year ago, because his great service was the reason I returned to this store (even though it is not the closest to my home.) On my recent visit, I worked with Krystal. She was knowledgeable and professional, as well as reassuring when I was very frazzled about my laptop. She took the time to train me on my laptop as well as offer other solutions. Thank you!!!

Bought a new Sony TV at Best Buy with free installation. The Geek Squad came out and did the wall mount installation, set up my TV and showed me all the options. They were professions, courteous, and patient with all my questions.
