We worked with Christy Truitt to sell a home we inherited from a family member who had recently passed away. This home was one that I visited my entire life, so it was special and hard to let go of. Christy was amazing and just the realtor we needed. She was super practical and gave us great advice so that we did not spin our wheels unnecessarily in terms of house preparations for sale. Her photographer took such great photos, including using a drone!
