5-star service. My car sounded like it was about to break down and we were lucky enough to be close to Ryan's - Dave and Braylen quickly diagnosed that our oil filter/plug was leaking and whoever replaced our oil in the past month (Jiffy Lube) did not properly tighten the cap and the filter, causing our car to leak down to less than two quarts of oil. If we hadn't stopped and spoken to Dave and Braylen our engine would've most likely locked up within the next 4 or 5 miles.

While on an early anniversary trip, leaf watching along the Parkway, our alternator died. Through the help of our insurance company, we were able to call a wrecker service who towed us to Ryan's Auto Repair. The wrecker driver recommended Ryan's, stating he brings alot of vehicles to them. Even though it was very close to closing time, they were able to find an alternator locally.for us and get it installed. They were very professional and courteous, and charged us a very reasonable price. We were planning on having to stay the night there, but they soon had us back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us today, we are so grateful to you.
