Caleb Hicks was courteous and professional. We were notified several times to ensure timing was convenient and notice included employees picture for security. Everything was explained well and our questions answered. We've established a maintenance agreement for our product/s. Hope to see Caleb again, but if not, perhaps another employee as diligent.
Caleb provided the routine maintenance for my unit today and was exceptional!! Very polite, professional and explained everything he did. Very pleased with the quality of his service.
