I’ve had a lot of massages done by different people in the past & Lori was definitely the best thus far. The overall energy & ambiance was amazing. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. The staff is very friendly & my first experience was 10/10! Definitely recommend ☺️
I love visiting this place! The atmosphere is relaxing and healing. The room is beautiful and perfect for a bit of meditation. This time I chose one of the mats to lay on, which I found really nice. I was able to do some stretching and breathing exercises.
I have been coming here for a little over a month taking the chair yoga classes which are great since I have bad arthritis in my knees. I also did the private salt room with my daughter and it was so relaxing! I have felt better mentally and physically since coming here. The staff is super friendly and the building and its features are beautiful!
