I switched dentist because of insurance changes and Dr. Miller did a great job with my dental care. I was unaware of the changes, however my experience with a cleaning and procedure went well! Dr. Alford was great as well as the staff with my appointment and accommodating my schedule. I would recommend trying this dental office out!
The dentist & the staff at Smith Dental in Kernersville were superb! They were very professional & handled me with care. I am a seasoned adult who never had a cavity & they truly helped me through this process. The dentist quickly identified my problem as I have been complaining for few years. My old dentist said I had been clinching my teeth & my gum was receding when the problem was really a cavity. Thank you Smith Dental for employing a dentist who knows her job & is skilled to recognize a cavity when she sees it & can fix it & eliminate my pain. Glad I switched to you all!!! I would recommend you to all of my friends & family!!!
Very friendly. Had tooth extracted on 8/26. Small piece of root broke off in gum. Took over an hour to get it out. A lot of pressure, prodding and drilling. Received nothing for pain. Terrible night awful pain and couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to take my antibiotic. Had to force it in. The reason for the rating of 4 stars. If i only used the pain and awful night it would have been a 1star.i didn’t think that would have been fair. Still in pain this morning.
Called back next morning and they called me in something for pain.
