Amanda is one of the most knowledgeable massage therapists! She explains everything in detail and customizes your massage based on your body’s needs. I’ve experienced relief and have incorporated monthly visits as part of my self care routine. So many friends and family members are clients as well and we can’t sing her praises enough. She is incredible.

Amanda goes above and beyond to listen to her clients, modify massages, and provide suggestions to help keep you operating as optimally as possible after a massage.
