Dr. Pearson and his staff are incredible! Dr. Pearson is my horse’s and my dog’s vet - he is so experienced with the animals and they really respond positively to him. His staff is efficient and friendly- have never had a bad experience in this office! Love them!

Everyone is badass and awesome. They care for our fur babies as if it were their own. I have nothing but respect for all the staff. I absolutely love that we can pre-pay. I paid for one of my fur babies a couple days before his appointment. It is perfect because my fur baby gets stressed easily so it was a smooth and quick visit. They already had all my stuff printed and handed it to me. Wait time is very quick. I love talking to people who are knowledgeable in their field and I always give them their credit anytime I meet them and this staff, is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful and respectful.

Bayshore is awesome and the staff is always nice. We love Dr. Pearson! We’ve been bringing our pets to him for almost two years. They recently moved their office from Jacksonville to Swansboro and he’s the reason we decided to drive the extra 25 minutes for our veterinary care. He is so professional and caring. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. He answers all of our questions and concerns and you can tell he loves animals and he loves what he does. I’ve never had a veterinarian like him before; to be honest I’ve never had a doctor for myself that’s as thorough and compassionate as he is. He’s the best!
